Refund policy

Every MUTE shirt is printed after you order it, so there is no stock for a return to go back into. This page covers what we do when something is wrong.

Misprints, damage and wrong items
If your shirt arrives misprinted, damaged or is not what you ordered, tell us through the contact page within 30 days of delivery and include your order number. We will reply by email and ask for a photo. Then we send a free replacement, or refund the item if you would rather have your money back. You do not need to send the shirt back.

Wrong size or change of mind
Because each shirt is made to order, we do not take returns or give refunds for the wrong size or a change of mind. Please check the size guide on the product page before you order.

Size swaps
If the size is wrong, we will print the same shirt in another size for $20, which covers the reprint and US shipping. Write to us through the contact page within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the size you need. You keep the first shirt. For orders outside the United States, ask us for the swap price.

Changing or cancelling an order
Orders go to print quickly. Write to us through the contact page as soon as you can. If your order has not gone to print, we will change or cancel it and refund you in full. Once printing has started we cannot change or cancel it.

Orders that do not arrive
If your order has not arrived 30 days after it shipped (45 days outside the United States), write to us and we will replace it or refund you. If a parcel is sent back because the address entered at checkout was wrong or it was not collected, we will ship it again once the new shipping cost is paid.

Pieces from the Bank
Free pieces from the Bank are final. A misprinted or damaged Bank piece is replaced the same way as any other shirt.

Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank can take up to 10 business days to show it.

Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
